CIRCULAR – USCG NPFC ECOFR website and COFR processing notice

We would like to inform you that on August 7th, 2024, the U.S. Coast Guard's National Pollution Funds Center (NPFC) notified Shoreline of disruptions to their standard Certificate of Financial Responsibility (COFR) processing procedures. These disruptions are due to online security concerns that have been ongoing since August 3rd, 2024.
